Today’s tour will first bring you to Tiananmen Square and then to the Forbidden City, the largest and most intact group of ancient structures in the Imperial Palace. This palace was home to 24 Ming and Qing Dynasty emperors who ruled China for over 500 years. After a few hours at the Forbidden City, you will eat lunch and then head to the Summer Palace, the resort of Empress Dowager Ci Xi. If there is enough time in the day, you will also be able to see the Temple of Heaven. For dinner, you will eat Beijing’s famous Peking Duck and then head back to your hotel. |

Today’s trip will be the amazing Great Wall of China, the only man-made structure on Earth that can be observed from the moon. After hiking for a few hours, you will have lunch and then visit the Ming Tombs, the burial site for 13 of the Ming emperors. At night you will watch an acrobatic show and then return to your hotel. |
